Inconsistency with the bat has been a major problem for the side, and they will need a good start from David Warner and Philip Salt to put RCB on the mat. The middle order hasn't fired, and they need runs from Manish Pandey, Rilee Rossouw, and Priyan Garg. In the lower middle order, Axar Patel, Aman Hakim Khan, and Ripal Patel must score runs to compensate for the lack of form at the top.  

The bowling attack will be happy to repeat the last game's performance. RCB openers are in form and need early strikes from Khaleel Ahmed and Ishant Sharma. Anrich Nortje hasn't been at his best, and the side will expect a good spell from him in this game. Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav must play important roles as the conditions would suit them.

The RCB skipper would like better performances from his middle-order players, as this has been the biggest weakness for the team. Delhi Capitals have had struggles, and the visitors shall look to exploit them.  

Faf du Plessis and Virat Kohli have been in phenomenal form, and the experienced pair need to deliver a good start in this game. The middle order has been a bit of a headache for the side, as Glenn Maxwell has been the lone performer. The side will need runs from Anju Rawat and Suyash Prabhudessai. Dinesh Karthik, Mahipal Lomror, and Wanindu Hasaranga must add runs down the order.   

The bowlers did a fantastic job in the last game, and they will expect early wickets from Mohammad Siraj and Josh Hazlewood.
