After registering finally managing to register a win in the last game, Yorkshire will want to continue their winning form. They have been quite poor so far in the season but will take the last match as a stepping stone towards the remainder of the season.

After winning the toss, and opting to bowl first Yorkshire would have been delighted. Bowling out the opposition for a score of 111 was an incredible effort. They almost pulled off the same performance in the 2nd innings too, but the opposition middle order scored big runs, setting the Yorkshire batsmen as target off 215 runs. Matthew Fisher was the pick of the bowlers picking up 8 wickets in the match, including a 5-wicket haul in the 1st innings.

The batting department followed up the good work done by the bowlers in the 1st innings. Posting a total of 353 was a brilliant effort with everyone from the top order contributing.
