Shan Masood will feel relieved after the 8-run win against the Notts Outlaws in the last game. They had started the season on a poor note, losing their first three games. Their record against Lancashire has been extremely poor, and Masood would look to improve on that here.  

Dawid Malan played a match-winning knock in the last game and will look to set up a big partnership with Adam Lyth. Will Luxton, Masood, and David Weise are good players in the middle order and must do well. The side will also expect quick runs from Jordan Thompson must do the heavy lifting toward the end of the innings as they face a good bowling attack.  

The bowling attack hasn’t fared well in the tournament, and they will need a good show with the new ball from Weise and Dominic Bess. Thompson and Ben Mike have an important role in the middle overs as Lancashire has a strong batting line-up. The side will also need a good show from Jafer Chohan and Matthew Revis.

Liam Livingstone’s suffered its first loss in four games as they went down against Birmingham Bears by 7 wickets in the last game. It was a rare batting failure for the team as they folded up for 98 runs. Livingstone and his men would look to put this behind them and continue with their good record against Yorkshire Vikings.  

Luke Wells and Josh Bohannon shall aim for a good start after failing in the last game. They have a strong middle order with Steven Croft, Darryl Mitchell, and Liam Livingstone, and these players will look to score quick runs. Colin de Grandhomme, George Bell, and Tom Hartley add firepower to the batting line-up down the order.
